Join us for yoga and soup in our new space!
June West will lead us through a yoga practice to detoxify our bodies and minds for fall/winter, or vata season. The sequence will aim to cultivate balance and gratitude. A killer soundtrack to accompany.
Yoga will be followed by a 15 minute silent meditation.
After meditation we'll enjoy a delcious soup together! An ayurvedic recipe will nourish us for vata.
